FAQs

  • Naturopathy is a holistic form of healthcare that focuses largely on prevention and treating the root cause of illness. It harnesses the healing powers of nature to bring your body back into a balanced state of wellbeing. This is achieved through optimising diet, improving lifestyle practices, and utilising herbal & nutritional medicines.

At Wildflora Wellness, we combine traditional Naturopathic principles and philosophy with the latest evidence-based treatments to ensure our clients get the best possible care and achieve sustainable results.

  • Essentially, everyone! Whether you have a specific health issue that is giving you trouble, or you would just like to optimise your health and vitality, Naturopathy has lots to offer.

If you are still unsure about how Naturopathy can help, feel free to book in a free 10 minute discovery call here and we can have a chat about you and your specific health concerns or goals.

  • Cassie completed a 4 year Bachelor of Health Science degree in Naturopathy at Endeavour College of Natural Health and is registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) — Membership #28720.

  • At the moment, our clinic is 100% online and consultations are held via a secure video platform through Cliniko.

Don’t worry though, consultations run exactly the same as they would if we were in person and it means I can see women all over Australia from the comfort of your own home.

  • At the time of booking, you will receive a confirmation email which also contains the secure video link to log into at the time of your appointment.

  • We understand that life happens and sometimes we need to reschedule and cancel appointments. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.

  • This is all very dependant on the individual.

We generally recommend and initial consultation and at least 3-6 return consultations depending on your personal needs and how complex your health concern(s) are.

  • Again, this is dependant on how complex your health concerns are, as well as how willing and open you are to making changes.

Due to the fact we are always looking to treat the root cause, results can take longer than if you were using a more ‘bandaid’ approach.

With that said, results are often long lasting with the ultimate goal being you no longer needing to see us & having full control of your own health and wellbeing!

  • Naturopathy is not covered by Medicare, and unfortunately as of April 2019, rebates for Naturopathy are no longer available with private health insurance.
