    This website is run and operated by Wildflora Wellness (ABN 91 581 462 519). These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. By using our website, services or purchasing any goods, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please read these terms and conditions before using our website or purchasing any goods and services.  If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or purchase any goods or services we offer.

  2. Service Description
    Our website offers naturopathic consultations online via Cliniko. Naturopathic consultations involve the use of natural remedies, such as herbal medicine and nutrition, to treat and prevent illness.
    The information contained on this website should not be taken as medical advice. Wildflora Wellness does not accept responsibility for any information, products and/or services you use at your own risk. Please ensure you seek further professional clearance/guidance if you have any queries or questions.
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. 

  3. Eligibility
    You must be 16 years of age or older to use our website and to book a Naturopathic consultation. By using our website and booking a consultation, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.

  4. Consultations
    Naturopathic consultations are provided by degree qualified, registered and fully insured Naturopaths. Consultations are conducted online via Telehealth, using secure video conferencing software via Cliniko. Consultations are scheduled at mutually agreed upon times.

  5. Payment
    Payment for consultations are to be made online. A deposit may be required at the time of scheduling and the rest is to be paid after the service is complete. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  6. Refunds and Cancellations
    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation time will be fully refunded if a deposit was made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded and the deposit will not be returned. No refunds will be provided for consultations that have already been conducted.

  7. Third Party Links
    Certain content, products, and services available via our website may include materials from third parties.  Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.  We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

    Our website and the Naturopathic consultations provided through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.  We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our website or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk.  Wildflora Wellness will not be liable for any injury or losses including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of, or in connection with the use of our website or the services offered and provided through it.

    While we do our best to ensure the information made available on this site is accurate, complete and current, it is for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting your regular health practitioner.     Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

    Certain goods or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These goods or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy that can be found here.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.  We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.  We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
